Global Design Project #025 - Colour Challenge

Almost a week has gone since my last post! I have been very busy, trying to learn how to make my blog look a bit more professional and user friendly! It is a work in progress (hopefully the progress is forward!) and I still have lots more to learn!

These are not colours that I am instantly drawn to and my first thought was to use them in a masculine card with the Basic Gray as the card base and the image stamped on the Smoky Slate with the Daffodil Delight as a backing layer.

I decided to make it more 'in your face' but hopefully still feminine by using the Daffodil Delight as the image layer. Do you think it worked?

You will need the following supplies to make this card:

Don't forget simply click on the supply list to be taken to my shop for easy on-line purchasing!

Until next time,

  4. Thanks Jess! Awesomely Artistic is one of my favourite stamp sets and I particularly love using the dragonfly and the fern frond from it.
