At our last team meeting we made cube cards. I have only just finished decorating mine and thought I would share! I have used a couple of retired products because I thought they worked better - the copper embossing powder and the noble peacock foil sheets.
Card Measurements
Card base:
4 1/4" x 9 1/2" by one.
2" x 9 1/2" by two
Score all strips at 2", 4", 6" & 8".
Matting layers:
CS: 1 7/8" x 1 7/8" by 12
DSP: 1 3/4" x 1 3/4" by 12
CS: 1 7/8" x 4 1/8" by 4
DSP: 1 3/4" x 4" by 4
Optional DSP: 1 7/8" x 4 1/8" by 4.
Instructions
You can use different paper for the inside of the cubes than the outside, if you do this you will need 8 (4 for each cube) of one paper & 4 of another paper.
Attach all the DSP to the CS matting layers.
Attach the layers to the base keeping in mind that one of the sides will have a join, so add the layer after you have glued it together.
Stick the sides together so that you have 2 separate small cubes & 1 long rectangle.
Attach the 2 small cubes to the rectangle on 2 adjacent sides.
