Yesterday was Techniques class and the technique we did was Split Image. It's been years since I used this technique and I had forgotten how effective and simple it is!
Card Measurements
Card base: 12cm x 24cm scored at 12cm and folded in half
1st layer: 10.5cm x 10.5cm
2nd layer: 10cm x 10cm (x 2)
Instructions
Cut both your second layers in half diagonally. Take one black half and the opposite white half and place them back together to make a 10cm square. Stamp your image in Versamark in the centre. Heat emboss the black half in white and the white half in black. Adhere the two halves to the first layer. Adhere the first layer to the centre of the card base. Add a sentiment. Add a 10.5cm square of white to the inside of the card.
Thank you for taking the time to stop by my blog. I hope I have inspired you to try this easy technique! If so, share your with me in the comments, I'd love to see them!!
Cheers
