What do you choose to show to new stampers? Do you show them different ways to colour?
I have started with a very simple layout using the Timeless Tropical stamp set, Stampin' Blends and Stampin' Write Markers.
Card Measurements
Card base: 29.7cm x 10.5cm scored at 14.9cm and folded
1st layer: 14cm x 9.5cm
2nd layer: 13.5cm x 9cm
Inner layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Instructions
- Slightly above centre and evenly spaced, stamp three Frangipani on 2nd layer in Memento
- Using Stampin' Write Markers, ink the sentiment and stamp on 2nd layer just below the flowers and centered
- Colour flowers with Stampin' Blends
- Using a Basic Black Stampin' Write Marker, draw a line 0.5cm (approx) all around the 2nd layer (I left a gap for flowers)
- Adhere 2nd layer to 1st layer
- Adhere 1st layer to front of card base
- Stamp Frangipani on inner layer using Memento
- Adhere inner layer to inside back of card base
- Using Stampin' Blends, colour some clear epoxy droplets and adhere to center of flowers
Tomorrow I'm using Timeless Tropical stamp set again and colouring with Watercolour Pencils and Water Painters.
