Here's another Stampin' Blends and Alcohol on Vellum technique card. This one features the Inspiring Iris stamp set and the Many Messages Bundle.
Card Measurements
Card base: 29.7cm x 10.5cm scored at 14.9cm and folded
1st layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Vellum: 15cm x 10.5cm
Inner layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Scraps for label, image and sentiment
Instructions
- Using Stampin' Blends colour one side of the vellum
- Spray vellum with 90%+ isopropyl alcohol
- Using air puffer/straw move ink around until happy with result
- When vellum completely dry, trim to 14.5cm x 10cm
- Adhere vellum to 1st layer using a sponge to spread the Tombow
- Adhere 1st layer to front of card base
- Adhere strip of vellum (from trimming) to inner layer
- Adhere inner layer to inside back of card base
- Stamp image on scrap using memento
- Colour image using Stampin' Blends
- Punch out label from scrap Basic White
- Punch out two labels from scrap Gorgeous Grape
- Cut Gorgeous Grape labels in half - one horizontally and the other vertically
- Adhere Gorgeous Grape labels to back of Basic White label so they form a frame/matting
- Using paper snips cut out stamped and coloured image
- Adhere cut out image to Basic White label using dimensionals
- Adhere labels to front of card base using dimensionals
- Adhere sentiment using dimensionals (I have a stock of pre-made sentiments)
- Adhere Frosted & Clear Epoxy Droplets
