Global Design Project #026 - Sketch Challenge

The challenge this week is a Sketch Challenge based on the sketch below.

I had been playing with Picture Perfect and had an idea to use the rose (or is it a camellia?) as my main feature. Unfortunately by using a flower, it was not possible to put the banner over the top, so mine went underneath.

Here is my interpretation:

I started with a Very Vanilla card base, added a layer of Tip Top Taupe, then a layer of DSP from the Going Places stack. The scallop is 2 3/8" in Tip Top Taupe, 2" circle in Crumb Cake, 1 3/8" circle in Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper and the rose stamped from Picture Perfect in Sahara Sand, Crumb Cake and Tip Top Taupe. The banner is done in Tip Top Taupe using the Project Life Cards & Labels Framelit and another piece of the DSP from Going Places stack.
