Just because a bundle or suite is all flowery and glittery, doesn't mean it can't be used for other occasions. Here I have teamed Evergreen Elegance with Expressions In Ink Specialty Designer Series Paper (SDSP) and Poinsettia Petals to make a different type of Christmas card!
Having a chance to play with this stunning SDSP today, I made a few cards which I will post over the next few days. Because I didn't want them all to be too similar, I was looking at combining them with other stamp sets. Today's card is one of the results!
Card Measurements
Card base: 29.7cm x 10.5cm scored at 14.9cm and folded
1st layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
2nd layer: 14cm x 9.5cm
Inner layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Scrap for sentiment and matting
Instructions
- Stamp image on SDSP
- Adhere 2nd layer to 1st layer
- Adhere 1st layer to front of card base
- Stamp sentiment on scrap
- Adhere sentiment to matting
- Adhere matted sentiment to front of card using dimensionals
- Adhere strips of scrap to inner layer
- Adhere inner layer to inside back of card base
- Add embellishments
It was fun making a Christmas card but then I realised it won't be that long and it will be time to post it!😜😂😂
