I got to have my first play with the Friends Are Like Seashells bundle today! The embossing folder is amazing! I had presumed that the die would cut out the shells but it doesn't and I had to 'fussy' cut those.
The stamps are a fraction smaller than the embossed shells so they end up with their own small frame!
Card Measurements
Card base: 21cm x 14.9cm scored at 10.5cm and folded
1st layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
2nd layer: 14.5cm x 10cm (seaweed and shells)
Inner layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Scrap for shells and sentiment
Instructions
- Die cut 2nd layer
- Run 2nd layer through the embossing folder
- Stamp shells
- Fussy cut shells
- Run shells through embossing folder
- Adhere shells to 2nd layer
- Adhere 2nd layer to 1st layer
- Adhere 1st layer to front of card base
- Stamp inner layer
- Adhere inner layer to inside back of card base
- Stamp sentiment
- Punch out using Label Me Fancy punch
- Adhere sentiment to front of card using dimensionals
