Changing things up a bit today! Instead of a card, I decided to make a 3D Hexagonal Gift Box. This was a really easy, fun project and a nice change as my entry in:
Cardstock
measuring 30.5cm x 15cm
-
Score long edge at: 5cm, 10cm, 15cm, 20cm, 25cm & 30cm
Score short edge at: 5cm and 10cm
Long side cut tabs and last 0.5cm (as per bottom of diagram) Can cut as Vs instead of straight.
Place left edge of long side on 0.5cm and mark at: 3cm, 8cm, 13cm, 18cm, 23cm, 28cm
Score from mark to 1st fold line on each side of each section (as per top of diagram)
Fold on each score line for whole box
Adhere bottom tabs and sides together
Cut two holes in top in two in-folding pieces opposite each other
Thread ribbon through holes and tie a bow (I used Polished Pink ribbon from the 2021-2022 Annual Catalogue available today)!
