Floating & Fluttering Farewell

Who else is sad to see Floating & Fluttering going? While we all love to get new products, it is also sad to see the old ones retiring! 

I've combined Floating & Fluttering with Happy Thoughts (also retiring) and Stampin' Blends Alcohol Technique on vellum!



Card Measurements

Card base:    29.7cm x 10.5cm scored at 14.9cm and folded

1st layer:    14.5cm x 10cm

2nd layer:    14.2cm x 9.7cm

3rd layer:    14.2cm x 9.7cm

Inner layer:    14.5cm x 10cm

Scrap for butterflies

Instructions

  • Using Stampin' Blends, squiggle circles on 3rd layer (vellum) and then spray with 100% alcohol 
  • Dry with heat tool or allow to dry
  • Repeat previous steps until happy with colour and layout
  • Stamp frame and sentiment on 3rd layer
  • Stamp butterflies on scrap
  • Die cut butterflies
  • Adhere 3rd layer to 2nd layer (I use multipurpose glue and spread it out with a sponge or dauber)
  • Adhere 2nd layer to 1st layer
  • Adhere 1st layer to front of card base
  • Adhere inner layer to inside back of card base
  • Adhere butterflies to front of card using dimensionals
  • Adhere Genial Gems to front of card
  • Adhere butterfly to inner layer
