Sometimes it's nice to make a card with minimal stamping! The Pansy Dies are fabulous, so much detail!
Add Scalloped Contours Dies, Pansy Petals DSP, Pansy Patch (for that minimal stamping) and a fun, individual card is born!
Card Measurements
Card base: 21cm x 14.9cm scored at 10.5cm and folded
1st layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Inner layer: 14.5cm x 10cm
Scrap for scalloped frames, sentiment and pansy
Instructions
- Adhere 1st layer to front of card base
- Adhere small strip of Pansy Petals DSP to bottom of inner layer
- Stamp image on inner layer
- Stamp sentiment on inner layer
- Adhere inner layer to inside back of card base
- Stamp sentiment on smallest Scalloped Contours die
- Thread Simply Elegant Trim through holes on smallest Scalloped Contours die and tie into a bow
- Adhere 2nd smallest Scalloped Contours die to 3rd smallest Scalloped Contours die
- Die cut pansy parts and leaves
- Using Stampin' Blends, highlight the details on the pansy petals using the same colour (I used the light one)
- Adhere edges of flowers to appropriate petals
- Adhere 'throat/beard' of flower to larger petal
- Adhere smaller petal to larger petal using glue dots
- Adhere completed pansy to 2nd smallest Scalloped Contours die using dimensionals
- Adhere leaf detail to leaves
- Adhere leaves to 2nd smallest Scalloped Contours die
- Add Genial Gem to centre of flower
- Adhere Metallic Pearls to front of card
