My inspiration this month came from a video by Jennifer McGuire on the Split Card Technique.

I chose to use the Good Morning Magnolia stamp set with its gorgeous images which I stamped on Shimmery White card stock in Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I then coloured the images with my Stampin' Blends.

Once that was done it was simply a matter of die cutting the images and then deciding how I wanted to position them.

First you decide the size you want your finished card stock layer to be and then double the width of it eg. Finished layer 9cm x 14cm you will need to start with a piece 18cm x 14cm. Lay out your die cut images in the center of the 18cm x 14cm card stock (9cm being the center). When happy with your layout, adhere the images in place. Now cut along the 9cm line (cutting it all in half from top to bottom). Done!

This technique is very quick and easy and you end up with two cards!
